• 1. Rent amount should be deposited between 1st to 5th date of the each month. Otherwise she has to pay per day penalty.
• 2. Deposit amount will not be returned in case of early leaving or before the completion date of agreement as per refund policy.
• 3. Notice should be give before 1 month of leaving. It should be compulsory given in written form and only to hostel warden.
• 4. Time period of the agreement will be of minimum 6 month for all working women and students.
• 5. No one is allowed to invite their friends or relatives in the premises.
• 6. Only vegetarian food will be served.
• 7. Room key should be compulsorily placed at hostel keyboard before leaving the hostel.
• 8. Girls are only responsible for her valuables and goods.
• 9. Housekeeping & Wi-Fi facility is complimentary.
• 10. Laundry services is available and chargeable accordingly.
• 11. In case of any damage, each girl of their respected room will be responsible for the damage to the given assets material ( cupboard, bed, bed-sheet, pillow, pillow cover, etc.
• 12. If anybody will be caught with consumption of prohibited items like alcohol, cigarette, tobacco, drugs etc. She shall be punishable & further legal steps will be taken by management committee. It is strictly prohibited.
• 13. A girl has to follow management & hostel rules & regulation compulsory.
• 14. All hostel Girls will be allowed to leave hostel after 6 AM and should return before 10 PM. Working women will be allowed to return before 11pm. In cas if girls are willing to come late, Late Night Form is compulsory. Valid reason must be provided if you are late. Late night form will only be accepted after confirmation with their respected parents. Working women will be allowed to come late after confirmation with company and with valid prior informing to the warden / management and immediate confirmation with their parents.
• 15. Penalty will be charged if girls come late. If any girls comes after 10:15 pm then she has to pay Rs. */- penalty if after 11:00 pm then Rs */- penalty and after 12:00 am Rs */- penalty. A girl should compulsorily inform for leaving or staying outside the hostel premises and should submit out pass / late night form to the warden. Permission will be granted only after confirmation with their respected parents.
• 16. Visiting time is 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, after this hours no visitor is allowed on premises.
• 17. Hostel management & owner have rights to change or alter the above rules & regulations at any time.
• 18. Parents willing to stay will be charge Rs * / day / head for Non AC and * / day / head for AC room. The Meal will be provided on prior information and is chargeable.
• 19. Staying facility is available only and only for parents and real sister with the availability of rooms
• 20. Lift is working on alteration basis only
